August 2024 Sales Update: 

We are thrilled to announce that 40% of our residences have sold since breaking ground in January 2024. This milestone reflects the growing interest in our development and the positive response we’ve received from prospective homeowners.

This year has seen a nice uptick in sales, and we believe this positive momentum will continue as we move forward. It’s great to see our vision for this community resonating with so many people.
