September has delivered major progress across The Gardens, with internal wall construction now nearing completion and significant finishing works taking shape. Landscaping, waterproofing, tiling, and services works advanced strongly, while the building’s sustainability features also began installation.
Progress Highlights:
Level 5 Waterproofing Completed – All waterproofing works on Level 5 were completed, ensuring important full protection of rooftop areas ahead of final finishes and planting.
Level 5 Landscaping Completed – Landscaping across Level 5 was completed, bringing greenery, structure, and amenity to the rooftop outdoor spaces.
Unique balcony planters – continued to be delivered to site and were progressively being installed onsite on all levels. Curved features evident portraying the quality of design not often found in modern builds.
Roof Platform Completed – The final roof platform works were completed, enabling installation of essential rooftop services and equipment to commence.
Solar Panel Installation Commenced – Installation of the building’s solar panel array began — a key sustainability feature supporting long-term energy efficiency.
Tiling Completed Up to Level 4 – Floor and wall tiling reached completion across Levels 1–4.
Cabinetry Installation Commenced – Ground Floor – Ground floor cabinetwork installation commenced, marking the early stages of internal fit-out for multiple apartments.
Balcony Soffits Completed (Levels 1–4) – Balcony soffits were fully installed across Levels 1–4, strengthening the progression of external finishing works.
Curved Windows – the sculptured curved windows and balcony glass started to be delivered on site with installation commencing in multiple locations. One of the many features of quality features of The Gardens.
Looking Ahead
As we move into October, focus will shift toward continued cabinetwork installation, internal flooring works, and further exposure of the building façade as more scaffolding is removed. Final services integration and internal detailing will increase across the remaining levels as the project transitions toward later-stage finishes.
