CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – NOVEMBER 2024

The momentum continued into November, with substantial progress achieved on the installation of some spectacular architectural elements with the removal of support moulds on the entrance statement into the main foyer area and the continued finalisation of Level 1 and 2 floor slabs:

Progress Highlights

1. Level 1 Area 2 Formed and Poured

The final section of Level 1 was formed and poured, completing this stage of the structure.

2. Level 2 Area 1 Formed and Poured

The first section of Level 2 has been successfully formed and poured, further advancing the building’s superstructure.

3. Level 2 Area 2 Formwork Commenced

Preparation work for Level 2 Area 2 is progressing well, laying the groundwork for future pours.

4. Level 1 Precast Columns Installed

Precast columns for Level 1 have been installed, ensuring structural stability and with no bias intended - they sure look great !! - the last picture in this update - the wizards of formwork continue to weave their magic!

5. Western Boundary Retaining Wall and Fence Installed

The retaining wall and fence along the western boundary were completed along the top Western boundary, securing the site. A big thank you to the next door neighbour who was beyond patient waiting for this to take place.

6. Basement Services Installed

Essential services in the basement, including electrical and plumbing infrastructure, were installed, preparing for operational readiness.

Looking Ahead

In the coming months, the focus will shift to completing Level 2 and beginning work on higher levels as the building starts to take its full form. Each step brings us closer to the vision of this sophisticated residential development.
