CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – MARCH 2025

The momentum continues into March at The Gardens, with a range of structural and internal works progressing across the building. Several important installations and construction activities have advanced, further defining the project.

Progress Highlights:

1. Level 5 Formwork and Reinforcement Installed

The structural framework and reinforcement for Level 5 are now in place, setting the foundation for the next slab pour.

2. Planter Walls and Courtyard Stairs Revealed

The landscaped elements are starting to take shape with the revealing of planter walls and courtyard stairs, providing a glimpse into the building’s extraordinary architectural design features.

3. Ground Floor Acrylic Render Commenced

Application of acrylic render on the ground floor has begun, marking progress toward final finishes and façade treatments.

4. Services Compound Block Walls Installed

The block walls for the services compound have been installed, contributing to the infrastructure required for the building’s operational systems.

5. Ground Floor Double-Glazed Window Installation Commenced

Installation of energy-efficient double-glazed windows is underway on the ground floor, improving thermal performance and building comfort.

6. Ground Floor to Level 2 Services Installation Continues

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations are ongoing from the ground floor through to Level 2, maintaining momentum in the services integration.

7. Level 2 and 3 Air Conditioner Fan Coil Units Installation Commenced

Installation of FCUs for the air conditioning system has started on Levels 2 and 3, progressing the HVAC systems throughout the building.

8. Basement 1 Fire Sprinkler Installation Completed

Fire safety infrastructure in Basement 1 has been successfully installed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
