CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – JULY 2025

July marked a significant milestone on site, with both complex structural works and visible progress across multiple levels of the building. The month highlighted the remarkable engineering achievements underway, while also introducing the first steps toward interior finishes that future residents will enjoy.

Progress Highlights

• Level 5 planter walls were completed, paving the way for the introduction of greenery that will bring life and vibrancy to the rooftop.

• Ground floor courtyard walls continued, with the elegant curved elements requiring the skill and precision of our expert formwork team – affectionately nicknamed the “Wizards.”

• The 20m x 2.8m pool shell on Level 5, weighing over 120 tonnes, was completed in situ onsite and then lifted up using 16 heavy-duty jacks (each with a 100-tonne capacity). The pool now rests entirely on acoustic springs, ensuring complete sound isolation from the structure below – an extraordinary feat of engineering.

• Services installation advanced on Levels 3 and 4.

• Stud wall framing commenced on Level 4.

• Ceiling installations continued across Levels 2–4.

• Flashing works were carried out on Level 3.

• External wall installation began on Level 5.

• Bathroom tiling commenced in the ground floor apartments.

• Floor preparation works for timber flooring also commenced.

Looking Ahead

With the rooftop structure nearing completion, August will see the final roof works completed, the installation of the lifts, and further progress on apartment fit-outs. Attention will also turn to external walls and services at the upper levels, with visible progress that signals the transition from structural works to finishing touches.
