CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – JULY 2024

As we reach the end of July, we’re excited to provide you with the latest updates on our apartment development project. This month has brought significant advancements, and we’re eager to share our progress. Here are the key highlights:

Progress Highlights

1. Balance of Footings to be Completed

We are nearing the completion of the remaining footings. This essential foundation work ensures the building’s stability and prepares the site for the next phases of construction.

2. Ground Slabs Completed

The full ground slab has been successfully completed. This milestone establishes the first solid surface of the building, sealing in all the storm water tanks and providing a strong foundation that allows us to move forward with subsequent construction activities.

3. 1st Half of Basement 1 Slab Formed and Poured

We’re pleased to also report that the first half of the Basement 1 slab has been formed and poured. This significant step reinforces the structure of the basement, locking the support pillars installed on the Ground slab into the Basement 1 slab providing a stable foundation for the levels above.

4. 2nd Half of Basement 1 Formwork Progressing

Work is currently progressing on the formwork for the second half of the Basement 1 slab. This process involves setting up the framework to support the concrete pour, ensuring precision and stability for the remaining portion of the slab.

Looking Ahead

As we continue into August, our focus will be on completing the remaining footings and the second half of the Basement 1 slab. Each step we take is crucial to laying a solid foundation for every level.
