CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – JANUARY 2025

The new year has begun with continued progress at The Gardens, with significant advancements across multiple levels of the development. January has seen a strong focus on structural elements and services installations.

Progress Highlights:

1. Level 3 Area 1 Slab Pour Completed

The concrete slab for Level 3 Area 1 has been successfully poured, marking another key structural milestone.

2. Level 3 Area 2 Slab Pour Completed

The second slab pour for Level 3 has been finalised, ensuring the continued upward progression of the building.

3. Level 4 Area 1 Formwork & Reinforcement Installed

Formwork and reinforcement for Level 4 Area 1 have been put in place, preparing the structure for its next phase.

4. Level 4 Area 1 Services Pre-lays Commenced

Pre-lay installations for essential services on Level 4 Area 1 are now underway, ensuring smooth integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

5. AFS Level 3 Installed

Advanced Formwork Systems (AFS) installation for Level 3 has been completed, further reinforcing the structural integrity of the development.

6. Level 3 Precast Column Installed

The installation of the precast columns on Level 3 has been finalised, providing essential load-bearing support.

7. Ground Floor & 1st Floor Wall Light Framing Installation Commenced

Work has begun on the light framing for internal walls across the ground and first floors, defining interior spaces.

8. Ground Floor & 1st Floor Services Installation Commenced

The installation of essential services, including electrical and plumbing systems, is progressing across both the ground and first floors.
