CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – JANUARY 2024

We’re excited to kick off the new year with great progress on our apartment development. Significant milestones have been reached, and we’re well on track with our construction schedule. Here are the key updates for January 2024:

Progress Highlights

1. Site Establishment Works Continue

With the demolition behind us, we’ve begun the site establishment process. This includes setting up the essential infrastructure for our construction teams, such as temporary facilities, storage areas, and utilities. This preparation ensures that the site is well-organized and ready for efficient progress moving forward.

2. Site Cut to Levels for Piling Mat and Piling Mat Installed

The site has been precisely cut and levelled in preparation for foundation work. We’ve successfully installed the piling mat, which provides a stable platform for the piling machinery. This is a critical step in ensuring that the groundwork is laid efficiently for the building's foundation.

3. Piling Works Commenced 

The piling process has been initiated and is advancing well. Piles are crucial to the building’s stability, as they provide the deep foundations needed to support the entire structure. 

What’s Next:

As we move forward, the focus will shift to preparing the site for the next stages of structural work, including cropping the piles and commencing work on the capping beam. We’ll continue to provide updates as we hit these new milestones.
