CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – AUGUST 2025

August was an important turning point for the development, with the building envelope beginning to close and internal fit-out works accelerating. The installation of lifts, roofing, and cabinetry marks the shift toward transforming the structure into finished apartments.

Progress Highlights

• Otis lift installation commenced, with two separate lift systems being installed in the core.

• Level 5 roof construction was completed, sealing the building from the weather and allowing internal works to progress unhindered.

• Entrance courtyard walls were completed and filled with concrete, forming the foundation for the landscaped entry experience.

• Services installation continued across Levels 4 and 5.

• Blockwork installation began for both the external and internal walls on Level 5.

• Ceiling installations commenced for apartments on Levels 3 and 4.

• External wall works progressed further on Level 5.

• Bathroom tiling commenced in Level 2 apartments.

• High-quality cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms arrived on site and was installed in ground floor apartments, providing the first glimpse of the finishes that will define these homes.

• Basement Security gates were installed separating out the visitor parking areas from apartment owner bays.
• Soffit Cladding framing and lining commenced on external balconies Level 4

Looking Ahead

September is expected to bring continued momentum, with external cladding and façade treatments taking shape, more apartment fit-out works advancing across multiple levels, and steady progress on bathroom and kitchen installations. With the building now sealed from the weather & the weather expected to improve as we head into Spring, the pace of interior works will accelerate significantly.
