CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – APRIL 2025

April has marked a major milestone for The Gardens with the building officially topping out—a significant achievement in its construction journey. As the structure reaches its full height, substantial work continues across all levels.

Progress Highlights:

1. Level 5 Slab Poured – Building Topped Out

The final concrete slab has been poured, signifying the structural completion of the building. This exciting milestone means the project has officially topped out.

2. Level 5 Planter Walls Installed

Landscape elements on the top level are now taking shape with the installation of planter walls.

3. Courtyard Stairs & Low Height Walls Completed

Courtyard stairs and low-level walls have been completed, in the foyer area setting out the beginnings of the indoor communal areas with the stunning central stair case slowly being revealed.

4. Acrylic Render Levels 1–3 Completed

Rendering works on Levels 1 through 3 have finished, bringing further definition and quality to the building’s façade.

5. Windows Installed on Levels 1–3

Window installations have been completed for Levels 1 to 3, helping to fully enclose those floors just in time before the winter rains arrive.

6. Services Installed on Levels 1–3

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services have been successfully installed on Levels 1 through 3, pushing interior fit-out works forward.

7. Level 3 Air Conditioner Fan Coil Units Installed

The installation of HVAC systems continue to advance with fan coil units now installed on Level 3.

8. Wall Linings Installed (Ground Floor to Level 2)

Internal wall linings have commenced across the lower levels, forming rooms and defining interior spaces.

9. Studwork Commenced on Level 3

Interior stud framing has started on Level 3, shaping walls and corridors as the building fit-out progresses.

10. Ceiling Framing Installed (Ground Floor to Level 1)

Framing for ceilings has been completed on the ground and first floors, readying these areas ready for ceiling final finishes.

11. Fire Pumps Installed in Basement

Fire pump installation in the basement has been completed and connected to last months fire sprinkler systems  contributing to the building’s overall safety and emergency systems.
